(April 2, 2014) - Automatic Forecasting Systems, Inc., a pioneer in forecasting and time series technology, is announcing the launch of their new Cloud Based Collaborative Forecasting Solution. The web based tool will allow forecasters remote access through the cloud from an Internet or Intranet connection. The forecasts are queued in batch for execution and the forecasts can be managed through the Collaborative forecasting process. Forecast accuracy tracking will allow a measurement of how the process is evolving and improving. A sand box area of the tool will allow users to play with alternative models to consider alternative models and forecasts although Autobox usually operates without any need for override. The data is accessed from databases like SQL server, etc. and totally retrieved and results posted in the database.
